I use psychotherapy methods and strategies to help people have self-understanding and encourage them to develop more positive and useful beliefs behaviours and skills to manage life situations and challenges. It is important to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that requires participation and investment from the client and psychologist alike. But in the end, by developing a clearer understanding and having more constructive beliefs, behaviours and having better coping strategies regarding anxiety, fear, depressed mood, stress and pain, people can experience positive life-changing results.
